Join us for an unforgettable hands-on experience in the heart of one of Italy’s most charming villages – Valeggio sul Mincio, home of the legendary Tortellini di Valeggio!
In this authentic Italian cooking class, you’ll learn the art of making fresh tortellini from scratch, guided by a local expert who will share generations of culinary secrets. From mixing and kneading the dough to preparing the delicious filling and mastering the perfect fold, you’ll be immersed in the tradition, flavours, and history of this beloved dish.
DAY 1: Arrival at the 3* hotel in Valeggio sul Mincio, free time for dinner and overnight stay
DAY 2: breakfast, guided tour of Valeggio and Borghetto
Cooking lesson (max 15 pax per group), what’s included:
- Lesson (1,30h) and lunch with: Homemade tortellini, Sbrisolona cake, glass of local wine, welcome drink
In the afternoon, transfer to Sigurtà Park, named Italy’s Most Beautiful Park in 2013 and Europe’s Second Most Beautiful Park in 2015. Free time for visit.
