The trip

DAY 1: ARRIVAL

Arrival at the 3* hotel near Iseo, overnight stay.

DAY 2: THE TRAIN OF FLAVOURS & MONTISOLA

After breakfast, meet with the guide and, after a brief visit to Iseo, head to the railway station: departure on the Treno dei Sapori (Train of Flavours) towards Pisogne with a welcome aperitif featuring a glass of Franciacorta and appetisers.

11:30 a.m. Arrival in Pisogne and guided tour of the Church of Santa Maria della Neve, discovering the frescoes by the great artist Girolamo Romanino.

At the end of the visit, tasting lunch on board the train (tasting of local cold cuts and cheeses, first course with seasonal sauce, second course with polenta, sautéed mushrooms and salamella sausage, dessert, locally produced grappa, coffee, water and two glasses of Franciacorta wine included).

Departure of the Treno dei Sapori (Train of Flavours) towards Sulzano, departure by boat to Montisola, visit and return to Iseo by boat.

Overnight stay at the hotel.

DAY 3 – LOVERE

Breakfast and transfer to Lovere, declared one of the most beautiful villages in Italy, guided tour of the historic entre along cobbled streets and medieval alleys, crossing Renaissance squares and stairways.

Lunch in a typical restaurant and departure.
